Amerikan Body Art sells excellent quality alcohol-based body paints as well as medical adhesive and fine-grade cosmetic glitter in wonderful colors. She even sells henna!

I'm also very fond of Ben Nye theatrical face paints. The colors are clear and easy to work with -- and set with a light dusting of powder last through a night of dancing.
